This is a naturally sweet tea by Sanctuary T. Inspired by freshly squeezed passion fruit, Spring Harvest is a delicious blend of green and white tea with chunks of dried fruits and natural flavors. As soon as you open the canister, the fragrance is overwhelmingly sweet and rich.
You won't need to add any honey or sugar to this tea, it's already plenty sweet and will make a great tea popsicle flavor or iced tea blend. I steeped my tea at 195 degrees and steeped for 5 minutes. You can get a second steep out of one serving but it's less sweet the second time around.
I rate this fruity green tea 4 out of 5 stars.

Do you like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain? If so, this Pineapple Rooibos by Sanctuary T might just be for you! When I first opened the can the sour aroma took me for a loop - it smelled mega sweet which is not my usual cup of tea. The pineapple also gives a very powerful acidic smell which might scare you away but - don't lose hope!
The earthy, nutty flavors of the rooibos balance the sweet pineapple in the tea and with flecks of coconut - this tea end up with a creamy and rich flavor much like a pina colada! It's pretty yummy. I am not usually a big fan of super sweet teas so I don't recommend adding any kind of sugar to this one because it's plenty sweet on it's own but I can definitely see this one over ice on a hot day in the backyard.
Also - helpful tip when steeping - these leaves are very fine so you can expect a few to slip through a traditional tea steeper - so you might try to use a tea maker for this particular tea if you don't want floaties!
You can't buy this one online - so you'll have to stop by the Sanctuary T store in New York, New York.
I rate this rooibos tea a 3.5 out of 5 stars!

I got a fantastic pack of tea in the mail from Sanctuary T after winning their tea recipe contest last month! The teas all look amazing but this one stood out to me - it's called Spice of Life and when you open the canister it's full of incredible fragrances. Sweet, floral smells with a punch of lemony awesomeness.
I steeped this tea just below boiling - I didn't want to burn the leaves and steeped for 5 minutes. The lemongrass and rose give a clean and refreshing aroma and taste. A delicate and delicious tea to sip on a stressful afternoon at the office or snuggled up with a good with a good book. I can see this as a great iced tea as well but I really enjoyed it hot!
You can't order this tea online but if you are ever in the Soho neighborhood in New York, New York be sure to ask for this yummy cuppa! They also have a tea-infused restaurant which makes this place a must visit spot next time I am in NYC!
I rate this herbal tea a 5 out of 5 stars - it's a new favorite at the Siler house!
