Bigelow's Lemon Lift tea is one of my favorite teas that I can always find at the grocery store. Great lemon flavor which can be amplified with a slice of lemon at the bottom of your cup! You can brew this and let it cool or sip it steaming hot.
This lemon tea is also one of my favorite teas when I am feeling under the weather. The citrus aroma clears my head and with a touch of honey it soothes a sore throat. I enjoy this team steaming hot at best, but it does taste delicious even when it goes cold so my guess is it would be a good sweet tea, too.
Recently, I have been mixing this tea with Tazo's Zen tea and that has been really delicious, too. Lightly sweetened with a half spoon of honey. Perfect for this flu bug that is going around!
I rate this lemon tea a 5 out of 5 stars.

I've been drinking this tea all week at the office and it's become a favorite! Glad I ended up with two samples because I have more to drink at home. Cha Cha by Adagio Teas is a tea blend of chamomile, lemongrass and peppermint. Fragrant and light - this is the perfect tea for all day sipping. I have found I can make 3 steeps off of one serving with great flavor each time.
Steep at 212 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. I steeped for about 7 minutes and got great flavor - if you go closer to 10 minutes you have the chance for the flavor to go a little bitter.
I rate this this herbal tea a 5 out of 5 stars!

I got a fantastic pack of tea in the mail from Sanctuary T after winning their tea recipe contest last month! The teas all look amazing but this one stood out to me - it's called Spice of Life and when you open the canister it's full of incredible fragrances. Sweet, floral smells with a punch of lemony awesomeness.
I steeped this tea just below boiling - I didn't want to burn the leaves and steeped for 5 minutes. The lemongrass and rose give a clean and refreshing aroma and taste. A delicate and delicious tea to sip on a stressful afternoon at the office or snuggled up with a good with a good book. I can see this as a great iced tea as well but I really enjoyed it hot!
You can't order this tea online but if you are ever in the Soho neighborhood in New York, New York be sure to ask for this yummy cuppa! They also have a tea-infused restaurant which makes this place a must visit spot next time I am in NYC!
I rate this herbal tea a 5 out of 5 stars - it's a new favorite at the Siler house!

According to the box, Zen by Tazo is a "harmonious blend of green tea with lemongrass & spearmint." I would definitely agree with that. Steeped with near boiling hot water for 3 minutes and then set to chill for 30 minutes, I was not disappointed by this tea. Light, refreshing and a quick sip - especially when it's iced.
The spearmint is almost hidden by the lemongrass but in a good way - by adding some fresh mint from my garden it brought the minty tones up a notch (a personal preference). My only complaint for this tea is how weak the second steep on the bag was - not nearly as flavorful. All in all, I can see myself enjoying this tea all year round - hot or cold - I just might run out of bags quicker than my other mint teas.
I rate this tea a 5 out of 5 stars!
