If you are looking for a tangy tea Shogun by TeaGschwendner is it! Mixed with the sour rhubarb chunks, dried raspberries, apple with a green tea loose leaf, this is a deliciously tart tea perfect for a spring day. I found this tea on a trip to Chicago, Illinois.
Make this tea hot or cold, both are delicious. When sipping a hot cuppa with this tea, be sure to steep for at least 4 minutes to get the strength of the flavors - unless of course you like your tea weak! Sweeten with honey, if you must.
This tea makes a great tea cocktail, too! I like to mix this one with Boodles Gin. The botanical flavors of this gin compliment the sharp rhubarb and raspberry in this tea. I serve this tea cocktail over one large ice cube and it makes a very nice slow sip.
I rate this tea a 4 out of 5 stars.
