I absolutely love this Matcha Berry Smoothie recipe that I have been using at home the last few days. Light, healthy and refreshing!
One handful of frozen raspberries,blueberries & blackberries
2 teaspoons of matcha by teapigs
1/3 cup of water
Light squeeze of local honey
Prepare matcha, whisked and melted. Add the green tea (still warm) to blender with the additional 1/3 cup of water. Add fruit and ice to blender. Blend. Stir. Add honey to taste. Blend again until silky smooth. Serve it up!
