We all know that tea, whatever form it may be, makes us calm! So there is no reason for us not to allot time in having a cup of tea especially if we need it thew most. Personally, green tea makes me calm. Whenever I am dealing with a lot of stress because of my work, I pause and drink green tea just because it allows me to think positively. For some reasons, it simply allows me to think of the right things to do whatever the situation requires me to do! I am hoping that people will allow themselves to have some tea time once in a while!
